our assignment
The Macedonia Call to Africa
DODM has embraced the call to “come over and help us” by taking biblical leadership training, mentoring, and equipping to leaders across Africa.
Our assignment is not simply to host conferences or conduct leadership gatherings. DODM comes alongside leaders to teach, mentor, equip, encourage, and help develop them in their God-given calling and assignment.
Through ongoing leadership training, monthly meetings, mentoring, workshops, missions, and practical ministry development, we build relationships that continue beyond the conference.
macedonian call
“Come over to Macedonia and help us.”— Acts 16:9
The call is to go.The assignment is to equip. The relationship is to mentor. The goal is to develop leaders who can fulfill what God has entrusted to them.
